Digital Products Only

All items sold by AmashAdvisory are digital products (downloadable frameworks, toolkits, and templates). As such, there are no physical shipments, and returns of digital files are not possible once they have been accessed or downloaded.


Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
  2. Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  3. Incorrect Product Delivery: If you received the wrong product due to an error in our system.

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Claims that the product did not meet personal expectations, if it was delivered as described.
  • Failure to use the product due to lack of knowledge of software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notion).
  • Attempted fraudulent use or abuse of the refund process.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
Include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days.

Even though digital purchases are generally non-refundable, we are committed to your success:

  • Customers automatically receive free updates to their purchased products when improvements or corrections are made.
